Cookie Casket was born from a collaboration between Barney’s Farm and Doja Exclusive, and it hits with the weight its name suggests. This feminized 70% Indica / 30% Sativa hybrid crosses The Hearse with Thin Mint Cookies to deliver up to 30% THC, loud fuel terpenes and a heavy body stone balanced by a creative spark.
The flowers grow large and densely packed, with exceptional resin production. Green and orange tones dominate, and select phenotypes reveal subtle purple hues under a thick layer of trichomes.
Indoors, plants reach about 120 cm (47 in) and can produce up to 650 g/m² (2.13 oz/ft²) in 63–70 days of bloom. Outdoors, Cookie Casket grows to around 250 cm (98 in) and can yield up to 2,000 g per plant (70.5 oz/plant), ready in the second to third week of October.
Cookie Casket Lineage: The Hearse x Thin Mint Cookies
The Hearse brings pungent fuel, earthy depth and heavy potency to the cross. Thin Mint Cookies, one of the most influential Girl Scout Cookies phenotypes, adds sweetness, dense bud structure and a frosty resin coat.
Barney’s Farm and Doja Exclusive combined their selection work to make the cross stable and potent. The result keeps the dark, gassy character of its Hearse parent while the Cookies side smooths the edges with sweet and spicy notes.
Cookie Casket Aroma, Flavor and Effect
The aroma is unmistakably gassy. Fuel leads, an earthy base holds it down, and black pepper rises from the plants during bloom. As the flowers mature, sweet and spicy notes join in, with hints of vanilla softening the edges.
On the inhale, diesel and sweetness hit together, followed by a peppery spice and a subtle fruity finish. It is like opening a tin of spiced cookies in a garage where someone just topped off a generator.
The effect begins upstairs with an uplifting, creative rush that keeps the mind active and clear. Gradually, a heavy body stone spreads outward and loosens every muscle while that mental clarity hangs on. Late afternoons, evenings, music and slow creative projects suit it well. With up to 30% THC, it is a strain for experienced consumers.
Growing Cookie Casket Indoors and Outdoors
Cookie Casket grows bushy with lots of side branching, which makes it a natural candidate for SCROG. Top early, weave the branches through a net and the plant fills the screen with dense, compact colas. Keep the canopy thinned underneath so air moves freely around the thick buds.
Flowering lasts 63–70 days. Plants that are trained into an even canopy can approach 650 g/m² (2.13 oz/ft²). Strong odor control is essential, as the fuel aroma becomes intense in late bloom.
Outdoors, Cookie Casket can reach about 250 cm (98 in) and yield up to 2,000 g (70.5 oz) per plant when given space and full sun. In the Northern Hemisphere, harvest falls in the second to third week of October.
