Jack Herer comes from a famous three-way cross of Haze, Northern Lights #5 and Shiva Skunk. Haze brings the soaring head high, spice and stretch, while Northern Lights #5 and Shiva Skunk add structure, resin and a shorter bloom than a pure haze.

The result balances sativa energy with enough indica body to stay grounded. It shows hybrid vigor, strong branching and outstanding resin output, traits that have kept it popular with both flower lovers and hash makers.

Under LED on 12/12, it yields 500–600 g/m² (1.64–1.97 oz/ft²), and a SCROG net is recommended. The heavy resin coverage makes it excellent for hash and extracts.

Seedstockers’ tip: supercrop the tallest branches at the end of week 2 of flower. The plant stretches hard after the flip, and bending the leaders creates an even canopy that pushes development in the lower bud sites.

Outdoors, Jack Herer can pass 2 m (6.6 ft) and produces massive colas, with 500–800 g/plant (17.6–28.2 oz/plant) in warm, sunny climates. In the Northern Hemisphere, harvest comes around mid-October, so it suits regions with a long, dry autumn.
