Strawberry Banana Gelato XL Auto by Sweet Seeds

Strawberry Banana Gelato XL Auto blends two dessert favorites in one fast, productive autoflower. Sweet Seeds crossed an elite Strawberry Banana clone with a selected line of its Sweet Gelato Auto (SWS76), creating a sixth-generation automatic with strawberry bubblegum sweetness, big resin output and 18–22% THC.

The plants grow to 60–125 cm (24–49 in) and finish in about 8 weeks from germination. Buds are dense and blanketed in large, THC-rich trichomes, and indoor yields reach 450–550 g/m² (1.47–1.80 oz/ft²).

The effect mixes creative stimulation with a relaxed body feel, an easygoing hybrid profile that fits afternoons and evenings alike.

Lineage: Strawberry Banana x Sweet Gelato Auto

Strawberry Banana comes from Crockett’s Banana Kush crossed with a strawberry phenotype of Bubblegum, a combination known for candy aromas and sticky flowers. The autoflowering partner, Sweet Gelato Auto, carries Gelato and OG Kush influence and a strong resin profile of its own.

The final balance is 57.1% indica, 42.5% sativa and only 0.4% ruderalis, a very refined automatic that behaves much like a photoperiod hybrid in bud quality.

Aroma, Flavor and Effect

The aroma is potent, fruity and sweet. Strawberry chewing gum leads, with banana in the background and a distinct OG Kush layer underneath. Woody notes and an unusual peppery green touch, close to arugula, round it out. On the palate it tastes like fruit candy with a Kush backbone.

The effect starts with a creative, stimulating lift that brightens the mood, then settles into body relaxation as the session goes on. It is balanced enough for social time, music or a long dinner.

Growing Strawberry Banana Gelato XL Auto Indoors and Outdoors

Indoors, keep the light schedule at 18/6 or 20/4 throughout; it flowers on its own, so there is no 12/12 phase. Use a final pot of 11–15 L (3–4 gal), start LST in week 2–3 and keep the canopy flat so the side branches fill in. Good airflow and carbon filtration are recommended since the aroma is strong.

Outdoors, plant in full sun with an airy, nutrient-rich soil. Each plant can give 60–180 g/plant (2.1–6.3 oz/plant) in roughly 8 weeks from germination. Its fast cycle allows staggered sowings through the warm months.

Increase bloom nutrients once flowers form, flush as usual and check trichomes closely: the resin heads are large, which makes this auto a fine candidate for hash and rosin.
