Papaya Zoap Auto by Sweet Seeds

Papaya Zoap Auto is a ninth-generation Sweet Seeds autoflower and one of the most layered polyhybrids in the catalog. Listed as variety SWS107, it brings together four high-quality strains with US roots: (Bruce Banner Auto x Papaya) x (Z x Zoap).

The result is a highly resinous, intensely aromatic plant that mixes sweet tropical fruit, mango, papaya and citrus with earthy, smoky and spicy tones. At 60% Indica and 40% Sativa, with Ruderalis below 0.1%, it behaves much like a photoperiod hybrid while still flowering automatically.

Plants grow strong and well branched, setting several side buds plus a large central cola, and they finish about 8 weeks after germination at 50–110 cm (20–43 in). Toward the end of flowering, the buds often take on a purple hue that makes the harvest as photogenic as it is fragrant.

Four US Strains in One Autoflower

On one side sits a cross of Sweet Seeds’ Bruce Banner Auto (SWS91) and Papaya, adding power, size and a ripe tropical sweetness. On the other side is Z x Zoap, a modern American candy-and-gas combination known for dense, colorful buds and loud terpenes. Combining the two lines gave Sweet Seeds an auto with the depth of a modern dessert strain.

Its quality has already been recognized: the breeder lists a 1st Prize at the II Cata Sibarita 2024 in Cali, Colombia, held in 2025.

Aroma, Flavor and Effect

Crack a cured bud and the first wave is pure tropical fruit: ripe mango, soft papaya and bright citrus, sweet and juicy. Underneath, an earthy, slightly smoky base and a peppery spice bring contrast, a little like a fruit salad grilled over a wood fire. The flavor keeps that balance on the palate and finishes with a warm, spicy note.

THC is listed at 18–25% with about 0.1% CBD. The effect is happy and relaxing, but it does not shut the mind down. Imagination gets a nudge and concentration stays intact, so it works for creative sessions as well as for routine tasks that feel more pleasant with a good mood.

Growing Papaya Zoap Auto Indoors and Outdoors

Like every autoflower, Papaya Zoap Auto needs no change in photoperiod. Keep 18/6 or 20/4 from start to finish and the plant flips into bloom on its own. Sow straight into an 11–15 liter (3–4 gallon) container and let the roots settle in the first two weeks.

Indoors the breeder lists 400–500 g/m² (1.31–1.64 oz/ft²). The branching structure is a good match for LST: tie the main stem down slightly around week two or three so the side branches catch more light and the canopy evens out. Keep humidity in check in late bloom, as the buds are dense and resin-heavy.

Outdoors, each plant gives 50–150 g/plant (1.8–5.3 oz/plant). The short cycle makes it easy to run a spring and a summer crop in most of the US. Full sun and a rich, well-draining soil bring out the purple color and the full terpene load.
