Crystal Candy F1 Fast Version is the fast-flowering edition of Crystal Candy (SWS58), one of the tastiest strains in the Sweet Seeds catalog and, according to the breeder, winner of 1st Prize in the Indica category at the Spannabis Champions Cup 2017. As part of the F1 Fast Version line, it is a feminized, photoperiod-dependent hybrid bred with autoflowering genetics to finish earlier. It is not an autoflower and needs 12/12 light indoors.

Flowering takes just 6–7 weeks, yet the plant keeps the famous strawberry bubble gum and candy-shop aroma of the original. It is also a prolific resin producer, covering flowers and surrounding leaves with large, big-headed trichomes.

This 60% Indica / 40% Sativa hybrid carries 15–21% THC and yields 450–600 g/m² (1.47–1.97 oz/ft²) indoors or 400–650 g/plant (14.1–22.9 oz/plant) outdoors.

The flavor matches the nose. Sugary strawberry gum leads, melon and fruit candy follow, and fruity undertones linger on the palate after each hit. Because the resin is so abundant and aromatic, the buds are also excellent for extractions with a remarkably pleasant aroma.

Growing Crystal Candy F1 Fast Version Indoors and Outdoors

The strong branches respond well to topping and LST, and a SCROG net helps every branch develop a dense, resin-coated cola.

Heavy resin and dense buds call for good airflow and moderate humidity in late bloom. A carbon filter is recommended, since the sweet candy aroma becomes intense as harvest approaches. For extraction, harvest when trichome heads are fully swollen and mostly cloudy.

Outdoors, the plant follows the natural light cycle but finishes earlier than standard photoperiod strains, helping it beat autumn rain in cooler regions. In full sun and good soil, each plant can yield 400–650 g (14.1–22.9 oz).
