Aroma, Flavor and Effect

The aroma is loud citrus and herbal pine with a sweet undertone: fresh, energetic and unmistakable from the moment the jar opens.

The flavor starts with sharp citrus and herbal pine, moves into sweet earthy spice in the middle of the draw, and finishes with a clean, cooling menthol kick. It is bright and bracing, a crisp profile that suits the strain’s daytime character.

The effect is an extremely potent sativa rush. The mind lights up, focus sharpens, and the body stays light and active. Because the THC is so high, the breeder’s own advice is to start low, even for veterans; a small amount goes a long way. Those sensitive to strong sativas should approach with care.

Growing Mack and Crack Auto Indoors and Outdoors

Indoors, run LEDs on 20/4 and sow directly into the final container. The plant grows vigorous and branchy while staying manageable in height, and it responds well to LST: gently tie the main stem and lateral branches outward early on to create a flat, even canopy.

A light defoliation around week 6 opens the canopy so light and air can reach the inner bud sites. Keep it moderate; autos have limited time to recover. The breeder rates the strain beginner-friendly, and it is one of the easiest high-THC autos to bring to harvest.

Outdoors, use 15–20 L (4.0–5.3 gal) pots in a sunny location. The plants are strong, resilient and resin-loaded, and they perform reliably in most climates, producing about 150–250 g/plant (5.3–8.8 oz/plant) each. Harvest when most trichomes have turned cloudy for a bright, energetic effect.
