Glueberry OG by Dutch Passion

Glueberry OG brings together three heavyweight lines in one feminized seed: GG#4, OG Kush and Dutch Passion’s own Blueberry. The breeders first combined GG#4 with OG Kush, then introduced their legendary Blueberry to add fruit and sweetness. The result is a balanced Indica/Sativa hybrid in the USA Special collection with very high THC and an XL yield rating.

Each parent brings something specific. GG#4, the famous US line descended from Chem’s Sister, Sour Dubb and Chocolate Diesel, supplies potency and resin. OG Kush adds its distinctive pine-and-fuel character, and Blueberry contributes the sweet berry aroma that made it a classic.

The competition record speaks for itself: 2nd Prize Indica at the Home Grown Cup Netherlands 2017 and 3rd Prize in the Outdoor Category at the same cup in 2018. Plants reach 100-150 cm (39-59 in) and produce 400-500 g/m² (1.31-1.64 oz/ft²) of rock-hard, frosty flowers.

Flavor, Effects, and Serious Resin

The terpene profile blends a rich Kush aroma with fruity sweetness. Pine, earth and spice sit on top of a berry backbone, creating a layered and very enjoyable smoke. Compared with straight Blueberry, the fruit is a little less sweet and the overall impact is stronger.

The effect combines a deep, relaxing body feel with an uplifting, euphoric and mentally stimulating head high. Want it heavier? Let the plants run an extra week or two in bloom; a higher share of amber trichomes tends to produce a deeper, more physically relaxing evening effect.

Resin production is exceptional. The dense, compact buds are coated in trichomes, which makes Glueberry OG a favorite for rosin, hash, oils and other extracts.

Growing Glueberry OG Feminized Seeds

Glueberry OG is resilient and straightforward, suitable for beginners and experienced growers alike. She is not the fastest starter in early growth, but she adapts to a wide range of conditions, performs in every medium and method, and does well outdoors in many climates. A vegetative phase of about 3-4 weeks followed by 8-9 weeks of flowering gives a total of roughly 12 weeks from seed to harvest.

She shines in a SCROG. Extend veg to around 5-6 weeks, depending on screen size, to fill the net before switching to bloom. She responds strongly to high light intensity in flower, and side lighting can lift yields further. Growers with UVB can run it for a few hours a day during the last 2-3 weeks of bloom to encourage even more trichome development.

Because the flowers grow so large and dense, good airflow is important in late bloom, especially in warm or humid rooms. Keep fans moving air through the canopy to protect those XL harvests of 400-500 g/m² (1.31-1.64 oz/ft²).
