Oh My Gusher Auto by Dutch Passion

Oh My Gusher Auto puts the hype of Gusher genetics into a fast, easy autoflower. Dutch Passion took a photoperiod Gusher, the well-known American cross of Triangle Kush and Gelato, and paired it with its own classic Auto Brooklyn Sunrise. The result is a stable, Indica-leaning auto that is extremely resinous and seriously potent.

It didn’t take long to get recognition. At the 2024 Autoflower World Cup, held during Spannabis, Oh My Gusher Auto took 2nd prize in the Indica category. Judges were won over by its intense Indica-leaning effect and sweet, ice-cream flavor.

Like all autos, it flowers by itself regardless of light schedule, so you can keep the lights on 18/6 or 20/4 all the way through. Most plants run 10-12 weeks from seed to harvest, and in a sea of green with small pots they can be done in roughly 10. THC sits between 20% and 25%, and an independent lab test shortly before release measured over 22%.

With bright white buds, a compact frame and commercial-grade bud density, this is an autoflower that looks as good as it smokes.

Gelato Flavor, Effects, and Extreme Resin

The aroma is dominated by a sweet, creamy, gelato-like profile, the kind that makes connoisseurs lean in for a second sniff. Alongside the familiar trio of caryophyllene, myrcene and limonene, this strain carries a relatively high share of linalool, which helps explain its refined, ice-cream-smooth finish.

Resin production is the standout trait. The flowers and sugar leaves are covered in trichomes, which is why Dutch Passion calls it one of the frostiest autos you’ll come across. Save every bit of trim and popcorn bud for water hash or other concentrates.

The high is a balanced hybrid with both body and mind involved. It leans slightly toward the body, but without heavy couch-lock, staying euphoric, relaxed and upbeat throughout. That balance makes it suitable for use throughout the day, as long as you respect the potency.

Growing Oh My Gusher Autoflower Seeds

Oh My Gusher Auto grows compact to medium in size with strong stems, short-to-medium internodes and a dominant main cola surrounded by heavy side branches. The buds are dense and hard, with a good flower-to-leaf ratio that makes trimming quick. Its compact build is well suited to SOG grows.

Dutch Passion gives it an L yield rating with XL potential. Indoors, expect around 400-500 g/m² (1.31-1.64 oz/ft²). Individual plants can produce 50-150 g (1.8-5.3 oz), while SOG plants in smaller pots typically average 25-50 g (0.9-1.8 oz) each. Experienced growers using strong LEDs or hydro, or growing in a sunny outdoor climate, can harvest a few hundred grams per plant.

For the best flavor, Dutch Passion recommends a fully organic setup, and the strain also responds well to no-till living soil. Keep temperatures around 20-27 °C (68-81 °F), with relative humidity around 50-70% in veg and 40-50% in bloom. Strong LED lighting gives the biggest harvests, and carefully timed UVA/UVB supplementation can boost resin. Don’t overdo it, because too much UV can harm the plants.

It’s best grown indoors, but it also does well outdoors and in greenhouses during a sunny summer run, when humidity is lower than in fall. Outdoors in cooler, temperate regions, allow about 12-13 weeks from seed to harvest.
