The plants stay manageable at 60–90 cm (24–35 in), grow with short internodes and medium-length side branches, and finish with a large, dense central cola. By the closing weeks of bloom, the buds are buried under trichomes, which makes this a satisfying strain for growers who like to see frost as much as weight.

The base of this hybrid is an autoflowering Critical Mass line developed in-house by the Sweet Seeds R&D department. That automatic line was crossed with an elite Early Skunk clone, and the resulting offspring were backcrossed twice to the same Early Skunk cut to lock in its aroma, speed, and bud density.

The finished genetic mix sits at 58% Indica, 38.9% Sativa, and just 3.1% Ruderalis. That small Ruderalis share is enough to trigger automatic flowering, while the rest of the plant behaves like a well-bred Skunk hybrid, with uniform growth from one seed to the next.

Aroma, Flavor, and Effect

Open a jar and the first impression is pure Skunk, but rounder and sweeter than many members of the family. A musky base sits underneath, spiced up with peppery hints, and a light touch of ripe fruit hangs around in the nose long after the first whiff. Think old-school Skunk dipped in brown sugar.

On the palate, sweetness carries the smoke, musk and spice give it body, and ripe fruit returns on the exhale.

THC ranges from 16–20% with around 0.4% CBD. The effect arrives within seconds and feels fairly cerebral at first, then settles into long-lasting calm with a creative, sociable streak. Ideas come easily and the body unwinds without heavy couch-lock.

Growing Sweet Skunk Auto Indoors and Outdoors
