Sweet Seeds developed this strain through two generations of self-pollination (S2) of a CBD-rich clone with ancestors from the Diesel family. Self-pollinating twice helped fix the high-CBD, low-THC chemotype so that the plants express it consistently.

The plants show an indica-sativa hybrid structure with sativa predominance. The variety code is SWS65, and the genetics are 60% Sativa and 40% Indica.
