Being an autoflower, it needs no 12/12 switch. Plants flower automatically and typically go from seed to harvest in 10-12 weeks, averaging around 11. Run 18/6 or 20/4 throughout. In normal conditions THC averages about 20%, and dialed-in rooms can push it to 22-25%.

The aroma usually blends a strong floral note with sweet, earthy tones. Caryophyllene, limonene and myrcene are typically the three leading terpenes. During bloom, the smell is more subtle than many USA strains, which makes discreet growing easier.
Visually, this is the star of any harvest. The compact flowers turn genuinely rock-hard and disappear under a thick white blanket of trichomes. Some phenotypes show slight Sativa-style foxtails, others stay round and Indica-tight, but every one is frosted. That resin makes the strain a natural choice for hash and concentrates.
The effect hits fast and hard. A few puffs bring a euphoric, uplifting and energetic head high, followed by a relaxing body effect that lasts a long time. Growing Mac #1 Autoflower Seeds
Mac #1 Auto is vigorous, stable and well branched, with a medium overall frame, short-to-average internodes and leaves that clearly show both Indica and Sativa traits. Average height is around 75 cm (30 in), so it fits SOG setups in small pots and works equally well in SCROG thanks to its strong branching.
Individual plants can deliver 100-200 g (3.5-7.1 oz), and SOG plants in small pots typically average 25-50 g (0.9-1.8 oz) each. In large containers of 30-45 L (7.9-11.9 gal), it grows fast and vigorously; top, FIM or scrog it if you need to hold the height down. Experienced growers with strong LEDs and hydro can reach a few hundred grams per plant.
Because the buds are so compact, humidity control matters. Keep relative humidity at 40-50% during the final part of the cycle and maintain strong air movement. Dutch Passion advises against uncontrolled greenhouses because of morning dew and high humidity.
Outdoors, it thrives in dry, sunny, warm weather. In temperate climates, grow it in June, July and August, ideally in a container you can move ahead of bad weather, and provide overhead cover and good ventilation. Avoid fall runs. Outdoors the cycle usually stretches to around 13 weeks.
