Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns of cannabis seeds once shipped.
Exceptions
Refunds or reshipments may be issued at our discretion only in the following cases:
- Order not delivered (confirmed by carrier)
- Order damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items shipped
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or a replacement will be shipped, depending on the case.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
